Partner – VP of DEI

Liv Minick (they/she) is a DEI Trainer and Talent Consultant with over 10 years of experience in social justice, and over 7 years of professional experience based in Brooklyn, NY. Liv specializes in DEI training with a focus on anti-racism/oppression, LGBTQIA+ issues, and gender from a systemic and historical perspective. Liv also has experience in talent onboarding and conducting culture/DEI audits, with a strong track record in candidate recruitment and management. 

Liv holds the position of Partner & VP of DEI at Talent Vision, where they lead the DEI/anti-racism strategy and staff training, and provides Hiring With Reduced Bias training to external clients. Additionally, Liv serves as the REDI (Race, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion) Consultant at Forestdale Inc.
